I am always a little dubious about all you can eat buffets as the quality of the food usually isn't great but boy was I impressed with these guys. I went out for a meal with my partner and her parents who had eaten here before yet it was my first time. First of all I was really pleased with the choice. There were plenty of dishes, including a ton of fresh seafood which most buffets exclude!!! We must have ate over 150 prawns between the four of us alone!!!! I enjoyed 80% of what I tried and I ate until I was beyond full. The service was good, the servers mostly kept to themselves but checked that we had enough to drink and that our table was clear of dirty dishes at all times. They also gave us plenty of napkins when we asked. The only reason these guys haven't gotten 5 stars is the dessert choice was a bit rubbish for me. I tend to avoid sugary foods as I am am diabetic but mostly it was sugar filled desserts. The orange slices were flavourless and the profiteroles tasted hard like they'd been there all nice. However the rest of my party ate plenty and seemed very happy! I would eat here weekly if I lived in Sierra Vista, and I shall be visiting again if I'm ever back!

Someone here is stealing credit card numbers, be wary of using a credit card here. (I'll delete this if I hear the thief is caught.) kvoa.com/story/29838184/…

I've been here many meals and generally like the food. I took off a star because on my last visit the food was tepid at lunch and my waitress was walking around carrying the child of another worker with her hands around the child's butt. Then she was handling food and utensils. A real turnoff.

Glad they were open for Easter, my mother and I had a great time, the food was pretty good, prices are very reasonable, and I enjoyed their many varieties for food. the only thing I will say, I hate when Asian restaurants say "lomein" and they're actually Italian linguine noodles.

This place is very inexpensive and a pretty good deal if you like buffet type restaurants. They do have a hibachi grill with a few ingredients that would satisfy a vegetarian. Most of the dishes are meat based but there is plenty for a vegetarian to eat here and,as I said , the price is right. The quality of the food is not the best, I don't think there is anything organic here but that is the Standard at most of the restaurants in town in Sierra Vista. If you were looking for an inexpensive meal this is probably a safe bet. They do have Breyers ice cream for dessert, which you really can't go wrong with. I would stay away from the other desserts, the whip cream is not real whipped cream, I don't know what it is but it is not good. The service is okay, once again don't go in with high expectations and you won't be too disappointed here.

Fantastic friendly service! Anazing prices and the food is great. Great for kids and large groups. Best chinese buffet I've ever been to. They offer a nice military discount too.

We frequent this restaurant. They are quick to seat you and get your beverages to your table. Their buffet offers a lot of choices, they also have a habachi grill where you can select your ingredients. They also have sushi and dessert.

The secret here is the fresh stir-fry in the back of the restaurant. You fill your bowl with meat, vegetables, and noodles, and they cook it for you fresh. I asked which sauce was the best, and the kind chef suggested he would mix one up for me--and it was fantastic (trust the man behind the counter, folks). The variety of foods is nice, and I enjoyed the fresh fruit for dessert. They didn't mind when we lingered over our food, either.

Had the Saturday lunch buffet. It was okay. Decent selection and the price was very reasonable. Was not overly impressed. The food was definitely on the bland side. My preference is for things that are fried to not be soggy. My kids did like It though.

We have gone here about 6 times my husband loves chinese buffet....the food choice is great and the food always tastes pretty good (i stay away from the seafood). But the only reason this is only a three star is...my food has been cold-kinda warm 4 out of our six visits. The waitresses are super sweet and on top of the drink refill! But i really like my chinese food warm-hot!

At first glance I didn't give this place the time of day. It just doesn't look too "authentic" and it's a buffet. Well after being dragged there by a friend of mine, I realized how wrong I was. This place was clean, service was great, and the food is phenomenal! Not only the food, but they have unlimited sushi and a huge selection for their dessert bar. It's also incredibly affordable. If you are military it's under $8!! You can't find a better place for this price. I would gladly pay $15 to eat here still.

This was literally the worst food, Chinese or otherwise, I have ever had at a restaurant. Bland and not impressive.

for some reason my review of this place keeps disappearing... But the food here is good...they have a decent selection of various types of chicken,a nice salad bar,and the girl is great...they have several different types of ice cream that you can choose from as well... I love here!!!

This place is clean with a very attentive staff. The food is as good as your gonna get buffet style for the price. We will definitely be back here again.

Clean tables and clean buffet area. Hot foods were hot & cold foods were cold. They had 3 different kinds of shrimp, oysters in a half shell & steamed claims. There were 8 of us & we ate a little if everything. Several crab dishes. Sushi bar and desert bar. Many types of Stir Frys with pork, chicken, beef or Tofu with various veggies. Fried rice or lo maim noodles and egg drop soup. Kids had French fries, pizza, and ice cream. I would have given it 5 stars but the coffee is instant. Yuck! Changed it for tea & all was good!

Hibachi, I have a love-hate relationship with you. The first time we met, you surprised me with your variety. It's a Chinese buffet, so obviously I wasn't expecting quality, but quantity. And that you did have. You impressed me enough that I came back for seconds. On our second meet, I was not as impressed. Your dishes were not as delicious as I had remembered them. Everything seemed so cheesy and greasy (was this the case before?! I couldn't remember). Fine, so I thought the third time could be a charm. This time you regained some of your initial goodness. Overall, a mediocre performance. A few dishes that are consistently good: -Coconut chicken -Apple pie thingy (it's usually located with the other main entrees) -Tempura, if they have it -Thai spicy shrimp (spicy, but good) -Soup, pretty solid egg drop PS: If the ice cream in the bucket is ever two shades in green within one bucket, skip it. Oh, and did I mention lunch is only $6.99?! Can't really beat that on a starving student budget.

Well, Maybe third time is a charm for this place. Operating under a new name, with a slight update in decor and an improvement in food quality, Hibachi Grill is off to a decent start. The tables, utensils, flatware and staff are new. Also added are flat screen TVs on the wall. Service is attentive as far as a buffet can be. Takeout is available: you pay by weight. The cook-to-order, flat grill option is hot and fresh; you can add meats, veggies, and noodles in the quantity you like: what is absent is any flavorful sauces, save for garlic in oil and chili pepper oil. I would like to see the addition of several cooking sauces, a-la true flat wok style, such as soy based or cooking wine based sauces to add some flavor. The sushi rolls are fresh and have flavor. I appreciate the choice of White Gari as opposed to the dyed pink stuff; it has better flavor. The management seem to know that the key to a good buffet is to keep the quantity of food on the steam table small so it is fresh and freshly prepared. It was also refreshing to see real green leaf salad and salad bar toppings available as well as copious amounts of fresh fruit options. Also present were a couple of different food choices not necessarily associated with an Asian Buffet. On the down side, I found the soups to be overly thickened, thus lacking flavor, and the spring rolls were mushy with an unidentifiable filling that was not pleasant. There could have been a few more vegetable entree choices and I would have liked to have seen a few more seafood items, however there were mussels and craw fish present. As the other "Chinese Buffet" in town, and the better choice, Hibachi fills its role - so far, the place seems to be off to the right start. It is apparent that this is not the first time running a restaurant for the staff or management, so hopefully they will keep the positive cadence and continue to stick to the basics of fresh food and quality food with attentive service. Final rating: 3.5 Stars Service: 4 Stars Food 3.5 Stars Price / Value: 3 Stars Cleanliness: 3.5 Stars

good selection, fairly cheap, and great service. I love their fried wings!! So juicy and flavorful, they are a must have. They also have a hibachi section. I haven't tried it yet but everything looks very fresh. Fried rice, orange chicken, sushi, fried shrimp...this place has it all. For my husband and I we usually spend about $25 with tip.

This is the best buffet in town. The selection is always the same, No real innovation of change and variety but at the same time the quality and freshness is always there. I like the Habachi grill in the back where you can mix and match your own ingredients and have them cooked to order. The staff is attentive and very friendly. All in all the food is served in small portions and rotated regularly to keep it fresh. The place is very clean and the food tasty. If rotated different menu items and offered more variety I would surely offer 5 stars. Refreshing to have a decent chines buffet finally in town.

Disgusting. Don't even think about using the restrooms. Long black hair in the ice cream.

I posted a review back in January '14 about Hibachi, gave them a 5. I still give them a 5. Been back about 6 times since and loved every visit. Food is consistently tasty, fresh, clean, authentic chinese flavor and great value for your money. The owner / manager Josh is also a very kind and generous person. He helped out the City of SV Empty Bowl project fund raiser for local food banks last week by donating huge amount of wonton soup and egg rolls for the event whole heartedly. The donators at the event loved the soup and eggrolls. What a nice man! My sis and I tried to give his restaurant staff a little bit of money for carrying out the heavy soup to our car, he refused to take it. Wow! Calling all SV residents and guests - let's support this restaurant. Not only because his food and service are excellent but he has a big heart and he is giving back to the community.

I'm a fan!!!! And so is anyone that I've brought here with me! Whether you're dining in at the buffet, or getting take out (you pay by the weight), there's something for everyone. There's a large buffet with the usual items you'd expect in a Chinese buffet and then some. There's crab, mussels and all sorts of seafood. They have a small sushi section but it's varied each time that I've gone from salmon nigiri to California rolls to veggie rolls. There are also chicken nuggets, fries and an ice cream machine to keep kiddies and picky eaters happy. A sizeable dessert bar and fruit/salad bar. I love the flat grill option towards the back. You pick your own meat, veggies, noodles and sauce then hand it to the man behind the counter and he fries it up real nice. The sauces on the customers' side are garlic and chili. The grill man has white wine, teriyaki and a few others so just ask. Or do what I do and trust in him. It always turns out great. Service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is nice. This is definitely the better of the two Chinese buffet options in town.

I've had a lot of Chinese all over the USA, and around the world. No, this is not the finest Chinese to be found. But it *is* one of the best Chinese buffet I've ever seen. Hibachi Grill excels in many ways... The food: fantastic. Incredibly fresh ingredients, tasty entrees, the best beef I've ever seen at a Mongolian Grill. Staff: very very attentive in all the right ways (just one example: a non-serving waiter refilled my water, and noted that I had no ice so he kept it that way. That's quite rare!) Price: $10 dinner can't be beat! The restaurant was comfortably full of diners... which is great news for a buffet (because that means the food is constantly replenished.) No complaints AT ALL!

Very disappointed. First the restroom was filthy and there were at least 6 employees sitting eating near us. None of the food was warm, food just ok. The area they have with the grill is very small and had frozen shrimp and not so appetizing veggies. I passed on that. I don't think we'll be back.

Not bad at all. Fresh often changed buffet. Hibachi grill corner, Sushi, pizza, salads, fruit, standard Asian offerings, etc. There is something for everyone here. Nice looking restaurant, very clean! Good lunch option.

Nice Nice place! I don't usually enjoy eating at Buffets but this one is fantastic! The food ofcourse is very delicious and is cooked very well for the authentic taste that brings me back to Asia! Never been there before but picture it in my head with beautiful music and lovely decorations. Very good price as well for a buffet. The only negative part is you can't really understand the employees. I'm assuming SOMETHING SOMETHING ICED TEA means You need a refil on Tea? My advice is to just go with it.;) But overall LOVED IT! I will be back.

Went here for dinner the other night... First time there. It was average overall, and would not be my first or second choice restaurant to go too in town. The oyster sauce they use on their dishes is too sweet for my taste. Soups are bland. Variety of food available which is good. Service was attentive and place was clean.

Been here a few times already, it's good, but nothing spectacular. Place is clean, service is fast and friendly, decent variety, ok quality, definitely worth the money.

I'm not ussually a fan of buffets, but this one is a keeper! It is very fresh, clean, yummy, and I love the decor! There is a lot of varitey and the option to mix meat, veggies, and sauces for soneone to cook! There is some american foods, and also a nice varity of seafood. The food is pretty flavorful, but some meat is a little tough. There are lots of fruit and veggies and that are very fresh. They have a big dessert section with cakes, creme puffs, jello, and even a soft serve machine! Overall a great, clean place with excellent service, and a variation of fresh, delicious foods.

It is way fresher and better than China Buffet down on Fry Blvd. My husband loves this place. The price is decent for a buffet, and the waiters are definitely nice enough to refill your cup and take away plates without you asking them to. Quick to service the customers. The best part of this place is the Mongolian BBQ section, they cook the ingredients you choose in front of you. The only wary thing I would say is: stay away from the canned pineapples at the dessert section! My husband threw up in the parking lot because he said he literally tasted some kind of foul arsenic taste from it. Otherwise, the rest of the food is great! They do not charge extra for crab or lobster, and the beef actually is REAL beef, not mystery meat. It definitely is one of the better places for "Asian" food in Sierra Vista.

Amazing Buffet! I really hope this place stays and gets a good crowd because the food quality is excellent. Fresh and yummy! The atmosphere is clean and neat. Much better then the New China Buffet. The price is decent for the quality of food they provie. The sushi are fresh and more selection. Great job!

This isn't a review of the food, because we left after being seated at 2 different dirty tables. The food on the floor and glass surfaces thick with fingerprints completed the "turn off." The food may be fine, but the restaurant is not clean. We have a love-hate relationship with Asian buffets for exactly this reason, and unfortunately, this place lived up to the reputation.

This place is decently priced. The hubby and I always leave there full and satisfied. I think we pay $25 for dinner with drink included but don't quote me. They always have a TV on and will change it if you ask. The waitresses are friendly and keep your drink full and your table clear. That's a must for a buffet. Their fried chicken wings are to die for!!! You must eat them.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
